COLLEGE ALERTS
Aeronautical Engineering is an emerging branch of engineering, with many developments and explorations underway in flight vehicles.
Instead of a palette of colours, the aeronautical engineer has his own artist's palette of options. How he mixes these engineering options on his technological palette and applies them to his canvas (design) determines the performance of his airplane / flight vehicle. Aeronautical Engineers are the men behind these flying machines. To become an Aeronautical Engineer, one must do Aeronautical Engineering.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is a professional program, after completing which students become eligible to certify the airworthiness of Aircraft before each flight or after any minor or major repair and maintenance. AMEs also certify the Airworthiness of the Aircraft Component or issue a flight release certificate after minor or major repairs. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering candidates are the highest-paid engineers in the world, in comparison to any other branch of engineering. The financial development of AMEs is too fast.
(B.Tech. The program is approved by AICTE & Affiliated to RTU and BTU. DGCA approves AME Program)
In today’s world, having a single graduate degree will not make you stand out from the crowd. Thus, students have started opting for two courses together to deepen their knowledge and skills across several subjects.
If you are looking for a career change, the Integrated Program may help you advance your basic degree and explore areas in other fields. Another significant advantage of such a course is that you may also gain versatility and add to your professional portfolio.
Such programs are less costly than pursuing Aeronautical Engineering and AME degrees separately. By doing an integrated program, one not only saves time but also becomes fully skilled. Suppose a student is doing only B.Tech. Aeronautical Engineering: if he or she joins an airline as a graduate engineer trainee, he or she is supposed to put up another 2 years to clear the DGCA AME License examination. All this shows that an Integrated Program Personnel has an edge over either Aeronautical Engineering personnel or AME personnel. Moreover, these personnel will have both design and maintenance skills.
Cabin Crew (Air Hostesses/Flight Stewards) are required on board aircraft to ensure passenger safety. The effectiveness of cabin crew in fulfilling their safety-related duties can only be achieved through proper training.
Cabin Crew (Air Hostess / Flight Stewards) Training may never duplicate all the types of situations that may confront cabin crew in the performance of their duties on board an aircraft. Nevertheless, training can instil the basic knowledge, skills, attitudes and confidence that will allow cabin crew to handle emergencies.
Cabin Crew are unique among airline personnel because they essentially have two distinct responsibilities on board an aircraft.
NOTE : * IT'S ALWAYS ADVISABLE TO GO FOR THE INTEGRATED PROGRAM OF
B.Tech (Aeronautical Engineering) + Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, For Enhanced Job Employability, i.e Persons With Dual Qualification Will Be Eligible For All Kinds of Jobs In the Aviation Engineering Sector (Designing, Manufacturing, As Well As Maintenance of aircraft).
